In no particular order, just how things come to me:
1. I was almost a Christmas baby.
2. My mum wanted to call me Sharon but my grandfather thought I should have a name related to Christmas, hence Nicolette (as in St Nicholas).
3. I have one son, Tom who’s 25.
4. Dave, my husband, has five children aged between 28 and 10 and a grandson aged 6 and a granddaughter aged 1.
5. I have a younger brother, Neil.
6. I have three nieces, Lucy (18), Francesca(16) and Chloe (14)
7. My mum is a very youthful 72.
8. My dad died from lung cancer 10 years ago.
9. I was married for nearly 20 years.
10. I met Dave four days after leaving my ex husband.
11. My ex had a two year long affair.
12. I had a six month affair after finding out about the above!
13. My life began at 40!
14. I love my job as a teacher of 4 and 5 year olds.
15.I nearly didn’t get to be a teacher. My opportunity finally came when Tom started school.
16.I’ve worked at the same place for 20 years.
17.I majored in Art at teacher training college.
18.I’m manager of IT and Art at school.
19.I was a hippy.
20.I fell asleep while watching the Rolling Stones live!
21.I wanted to be a fashion designer.
22. I’m only 5ft tall but I like being tiny.
23. I love tall men 
24. I adore English rock/Indie bands.
25. I’ve seen Bob Dylan, The Doobie Bros, The Allman Bros, Crosby Stills and Nash, Joni Mitchell, Pink Floyd amongst many, many others.
26. My favourite colour is green because the shades are endless.
27. I’ve been to Paris, Vienna, Spain, Portugal, Gibraltar, Italy and Majorca.
28. Can’t wait to go back to Italy.
29. I’m not very good with money….I spend it like it’s going out of fashion and then end up broke for the rest of the month.
30. My heroine when I was a teenager was Greta Garbo.
31. I don’t like wearing jeans.
32. My favourite food is Italian.
33. I only drink real coffee.
34. I can’t stand the smell of vinegar and will run a mile if I smell it!
35. My husband Dave and I have a contract…I do the housework and he does the cooking. It works really well .
36. We got married in August 2008.
37. Dave’s children live at opposite ends of the country…three in Scotland, two in Dorset.
38. I’ve had a website for eight years and a blog for three years.
39. My illness (CD) is in remission.
40. I smoke the occasional cigarette.
41. I’ve read all the Harry Potter books.
42. My favourite perfume is Jo Malone’s Pomegranate Noir.
43. I like to be different.
44. I strongly believe that overuse of tv and games machines is destroying children’s ability to concentrate and learn.
45. I have old fashioned views about how children should be taught.
46. I hate deceit and dishonesty.
47. I wear mascara, lipstick and blusher every day except Sundays.
48. I love wearing glasses.
49. Keanu Reeves is my ideal man.
50. My next place to visit will be southern Italy.
51. I prefer holidays in historic locations to beach locations.
52. I love sunbathing in my back garden with a good book, a hat and a drink.
53. I’m frightened of spiders, wasps and craneflys.
54. I don’t like heights or thunderstorms.
55. I like to feel ‘looked after’.

57. I’m a movie buff and I buy Empire film magazine every month.

74. My brother is a website designer but I rarely ask him for help.

77. I buy and sell at Ebay. I have over 400 transactions, all of which have positive feedback!
78. One of my cats loves and canoodles with the two dogs, the other can’t bear to be in the same room as them.
79. The last CD I bought was Coldplay’s Viva la Vida (beautiful!).
80. The last film I watched on tv was The Manchurian Candidate, hmmmmm.
81. The last DVD I bought was Mad Men, completely brilliant.
82. I have a wicked sense of humour.
83. I can be too outspoken.
84. I’m intolerant of lazy people who sponge off the state.
85. I don’t like Gordon Brown and I hold the Labour government responsible for the hugely increasing numbers of people living off state handouts.
86. I’ve met up with 5 people who I first met on the internet.
87. I don’t like ironing.
88. I went to Vienna purely to see the work of Gustav Klimt, the artist.
89. I don’t like gardening.
90. My favourite hobby is anything to do with art and computers.
91. I wear my hair short and spiky with lots of colours in it.
92. I cry easily when watching moving films/events.
93. I’d love a karaoke machine but Dave’s not keen, I wonder why not?!
94. I always have a vase of fresh flowers in the house.
95. My favourite everyday warm weather outfit is a dress and sandals.
96. I wear nothing in bed.
97. I’m terrible at getting up in the mornings and on days off will revel in a long lie in.
98. I like to stay up late.
99. My parents were only children so I have no cousins, aunts or uncles.
100. I had an early menopause.
101. I did my 101 in about three hours!
