……… Dave has his hernia operation tomorrow and I’m going with him and staying nearby rather than have to travel each day. I’ve spent the last couple of days finishing off my school work and cleaning the house. A friend of mine has very kindly offered to come and dogsit for us along with her dog who gets on well with our two. My brother’s girlfriend lives near the hospital so I’m staying with her until Dave is allowed home.
The sun’s been shining for the last few days, HURRAHHHHH! Now I’m going to go and enjoy it before it goes in for the day

I’ve just been catching up with you Nikki. I hope all goes well for Dave today.
Been into town with little one this morning, it was so warm.
Can’t help it, I am not a fan of hot weather, but I
suppose it made a nice change to not have to have cosy toes, parasol AND rain cover out with me. Just the girl, her bare feety and the parasol. I caked her in Nivea kids though, didn’t want her tooty toes getting burnt.
