…to our hols so have been busy washing, ironing, packing and shopping for last minute things including Euros. If it turns out be cooler than expected in Italy then we’ll be shopping for new clothes as I’ve only packed lots of dresses, shorts and t-shirts for me and shorts and t-shirts for Dave. The weather we’ve been having here has acclimatised us nicely for the heat in Italy.
The bit I dread more than anything else will take place tomorrow night…..taking the dogs to their holiday home 
. If only we could make our animals understand that we will be back for them and that we’re not abandoning them, I’m sure it would be much easier! I’m soooooooo not looking forward to it. The kennels are excellent though and I know they’ll be well looked after.
Our flight is early Wednesday morning so we’ll be heading for bed very early tomorrow night to try and catch a few zzzzzz’s. Trying being the operative word as I’m really bad at getting to sleep at unusual times!
Nikki, I hope you and Dave have a wondeful time!!! Can’t wait to hear about it and see pics when you get back!
