They have gone out for yogurt and to return some library things. She enters the hospital at 7:00 tonight and will be induced in the morning. They'll see how that goes but may have to do a C-Section. Don't see me for months, and then twice in one night! I can totally relate to the rules and regulations thing. As I said earlier I've recently registered as a childminder and you have not idea how difficult it has been! Basically, to look after little ones I'm going to (in the not too distant future) have to have an NVQ 3 in childcare. Yes, crazy, I know. My kitchen is like a nursery with all the policies, fire procedures, artwork (which I love doing anyway) and multicultural posters. If I don't show all this I would not pass my Ofsted inspection, regardless of my ability as a chldminder. I managed to get a 'good' grade with and 'outstanding' in helping children to achieve, which I'm delighted about - but boy was it hard work, and still is... So I can only imagine what it must be like for you. The goal posts change every couple of months and you never know if you're coming or going! Anyway, glad to hear in more detail about Dave's treatment - I had no idea what it involed! I'll stop moaning now that I see what you have to do every day!
