I’d hoped that I might get the rest of my photos online today but yesterday my beloved new computer, which I’ve only been using for about three months, started making a lot of very strange and worrying noises. So I’m back to my trusty old one today while the other one is being looked at (under warranty thankfully!). All the Italy photos are on there so will have to wait to post the photos of Florence. As you’ll have seen I’m using a new set of weekday graphics, very kindly made for me by my lovely friend Sonia. She can always be relied on to come up with something beautiful! They are available for adoption from my adoption shop….or at least they will be when I get my computer back and they’ve been uploaded! I have lots of new Minimes too. Sonia is on excellent form at the moment!

Now that BB has finished, I’m getting back to the real world of tv. We’ve always tended to watch films rather than anything else so I have a good few to catch up which have been showing for the last 3 months while BB has been on. Last night I revisited a film which I enjoyed hugely a few months ago….Runaway Jury, great fun. Films based on John Grisham books are always hugely watchable and I find I can watch them over and over again. I was having a conversation with Dave’s mum (an avid reader) at the weekend and she was saying that nine times out of ten, once she’s read a book she could quite easily read it again. Dave is the same. Whereas I would find it impossible. But a good film……that’s different. Many’s the time that I’ve watched a film and been desperate to see it again.

Tomorrow I’m visiting my little pupil who’s party I took the dogs to a couple of months ago. Three weeks ago, she and her family became the loving owners of a ten week old puppy……..a springer spaniel puppy! So I’ve been invited round to say hello to the little sweetie (minus my dogs of course as I think they’ll be a bit much for him just yet!).
