short post…..

….as time is of the essence. Been busy making resources this week for my brilliant children who are now surpassing all my current resources :) Making bingo games, flashcards, signs, workcards etc. Can you believe that one of my four year olds wrote this the other day, all spelled correctly: “I can hear an owl hooting at night.” We’ve been teaching them phonemes like ow, ee, oi, igh etc and this little lad absorbs and retains everything!

Anyway, I didn’t intend to brag, blush, I wanted to just let you all know that Betty was claimed by her rightful owner on Tuesday morning. It was probably a good thing even though we loved her straightaway :( If Charley has pups, which we’re hoping she will within the next three months or so, we’ll want to keep one of them and FOUR dogs is soooooo not a good idea!

That’s all folks!

yes, good to hear the right result in the case. Maybe now all the police sirens I’ve been hearing every day can stop. Ditto the tv stations!

got to hurry, cos girly needs teethies cleaning and getting in her pod.

Thanks so much for stopping by tonight ! :)
You’re right, I’m not that lonely with the help of my mom & the boys. It’s just that I miss my man. :em67:
Oh, sorry Betty had to go home & that you couldn’t keep her. Maybe that’s just destiny.
Oh my, what a star pupil & what a star teacher !!! :em55: You can be proud, as much as he can be proud of himself ! You do an awesome job with your pupils, and this is just a reminder ! :em21:
OK, have to go. Have yourself a lovely evening & night, and rest of the week.

    Good evening Nikki !

Thanks for visiting this evening, I hope you had a nice day today. Always love to have you at my place ! :em64:
Thanks for the compliment on U’s colouring, I’m myself amazed, but he spends so much time colouring that I guess he gets a lot of training !!! :em62:
Just wanted to precise that I don’t spend my whole time re-arranging my home deco. I’m not working for money but with my hubby & children schedules, and all the things that have to be done at home (and including the boys’ proper education at home, they don’t watch DVDs the whole time when they’re home, and they don’t watch TV channels at all), time flies everyday & I’m constantly trying to gain/save time here & there. My life is good, I love it this way, and I am very happy. :em50: I guess I reached my goal.
I hope you have a relaxing & delightful weekend, sweetie. Take good care. :em70:

Hi Nikki! Isn’t it wonderful when they learn like that! I get so excited when I see something get in their heads and stick! I love math and it is wonderful to see them learn it! We have 3 dogs and 4 cats. I would love another of each, but Ron has put his foot down and says no more! Hope you have a good weekend. Hugs
