Hate to be repetitive but that’s exactly what the weather is being at the moment. Dull, miserable, depressing, grey, wet…..choose any of those words and that’s what it’s been here for what feels like weeks (two I think). I suppose we should be grateful that we’re not experiencing the extremes which are currently hitting Mexico and the surrounding islands. Hurricane season must be incredibly scary and something that we Brits rarely encounter, unless we’re over there holidaying!
Dave found out today that he has to stay off work for another two weeks which is disappointing as he’d hoped to go back this week. However, because he’s had a hernia repair, he’s not allowed to drive for six weeks (something to do with insurance) and as his job is driving, then there’s nothing for him to do. Yesterday we went to see The Bourne Ultimatum and it was totally brilliant. Action packed, tense, edge of your seat stuff. We loved it!

Hi Nikki! It is funny to read you and Sadie as she loves that weather and you are the complete opposite! We have the same weather right now and it is downright cold!!! I’m freezing. And this is the last week before school starts here! Poor kids. We watched a good movie last nite, but it was at home. We don’t go to the movies much. We wait for them to come out and watch here. Even with our military discount it is still so expensive. The only thing I really miss is the movie popcorn! I love popcorn! Hope your weather clears up. Hugs
