Not often that I say too hot but the last few nights have been pretty awful to try and sleep in. Last night I covered myself in cold wet towels which worked well!

My thoughts are very much now on what I’ll be wearing for the wedding. The next couple of weeks will be spent searching for something. I hope it doesn’t prove too difficult! I’ll be looking for something calf length and maybe a bit floaty. I’m confident I’ll know it when I see it! Luckily there are some very beautiful dresses in the shops at the moment. More on this soon……

It is too hot, and now I’m fed up with it. I’m being positive and thinking that at least I can get winter knits and coats washed and dried, so I’m doing that, but urgh, by late afternoon it’s just miserable. Little one has been seriously fractious, and you don’t need to be a genius to work out it’s the heat making her short tempered.
Talking of heat. Am I the only person who found the chilli eating really stupid? It wasn’t funny at all, especially watching Mikey, who did brilliantly I have to say, but a blind man being made to feel along to eat raw chilli’s? That was cruel and stupid. I have to say though, hats off to Mikey, Stu and Kat who just munched on the chillis like they were bags of crisps.

I get woken at 5.30 with seagulls screeching and once awake is me awake, until mid afternoon then its a nap time lol.. sound a right ole lady!

Give me that rain! My WP keeps saying rain, Google and metcheck.com have said rain then changed their minds, then changed them back, then changed them again! Grr. I’m fed up with it, I just need a great downpour. Monsoon proportions would suit me fine! Even tomorrow morning, when I’m out and about, I really don’t mind!
Have to say that I think you were spot on with your BB comment this morning. The heaven/hell thing is just sooooooo boring. Who cares?! It’s a bit like when they do this secret house secret housemates thing, it’s just dull and no one cares. Yet they insist on dragging things on. With a bit of luck this will be the last H/H week. And, seems incredibly cruel to not let all the HM’s go in the pool when it’s been so hot lately.
ooh, wonder who will be up for nom. Rex and Luke, that’s what I predict. Rex because he really is an obnoxious twerp, and Luke because he’s a squirmy little moron who is doing nothing but bleat about how Rebecca was booted out. Get over it sunshine. It’s a game and you were part of hers!!! He’s doing a great impression of someone pining away, but it’s just because he’s nothing again and he’s sulking about it. When Bex was there he felt like he was the centre of things. She however seems to be getting on nicely without him, she seemed very bubbly on BBLB, bubbly and flirty. Luke will not be impressed.

ok, Rex is starting to seriously annoy me. He’s joined the ‘make rachels life hell’ club, and it’s not on. What the heck was he on about yesterday? He’s proving that he’s a bit thick. Clearly the audition tape is the fake thing, everyone bigs themselves up and tries to make themselves look interesting so they get through. That really really proves that the real rachel is the dull one that they see every day, and the audition tape rachel was fake. Dale was exactly the same: fake on tape to look ‘good’ (so didn’t happen) quite dull and boring in the house, so how come that’s ok for him to be like that and it makes him real in the house but not rachel? I don’t get it. They are picking on her for something to do and it’s all down to that nasty pair L & R. Luke needs to sod off, his grumpy, sulky little face is annoying, and becca couldn’t care less. wonder how many blokes she’s snogged since getting out? something tells me she won’t be crying about leaving luke behind.
Glad the prom dress looks is working for you. I think it’s a very flattering look. My wedding dress was a red prom dress for exactly that reason. I topped with fake fur (cropped bolero jacket the same as J-Lo wore for Maid in Manhattan premiere, only hers was real. Bad Jennifer) because I don’t like showing my bingo wings. Which reminds me, when I wore the brown Coast dress, I topped that with a brown shrug. Have no confidence with my upper arms at all.
All went well with the clinic visit today. Am so proud of little one, who is now bellowing from her cot so I had better go and see what she wants! have a fab day xxxxx

I’d like Rex to go. He’s just got on my chimes this week, he’s so obnoxious. And I know he does it for purpose, he just likes winding people up, but he’s so nasty with it. And such a big head. He was even going on about how horrible the clothes were that some people were wearing in the tapes, how dare he? He looks awful most days, and when he’s up for eviction seems to dress in the most casual way as if trying to prove a point. Have really gone off him. Thought Lukes face was hilarious when his name was announced.Pity the rest of them are so thick, I mean, how hard is it to not talk about nominations???!!!
Web world isn’t as quiet as it appears. I looked on my stats yesterday, in the past week I’ve had 3 visitors all rake through my archives for the past couple of weeks, and only one had the good grace to leave a comment. The other two obviously ‘didn’t have time’!!!!! It’s the usual suspects doing it. I’ve been a bit light on visits lately, only because I switch the computer off a lot when it’s hot outside. I just get it into my head that the heat will make the computer blow up!
I don’t envy you having to try on frocks in this heat. I don’t like trying stuff on in shops at the best of times, I get so hot and bothered, so I can sympathise completely with you. Sounds like everything is getting sorted out nicely though

got quite excited a little while ago, we had a few splots of rain, but it soon stopped and has made no difference to the air which is a pity.
Well, I am so thick. Last night when watching BB I was really confused, wondering why they were all talking about football, how could they possibly know who would be playing? And how come they were all such football fans. When BB announced they had ‘cracked the code’ and knew which HM’s they were talking about when mentioning certain teams I felt so stupid!

I have never, ever phone voted for anyone in BB, but this morning I did. I have voted to boot out Vile Rex. Hope it helps get him out, he really is annoying me. Maywhatever has gone, I’m sure that will make a big difference to the house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rex’s gf may be a stunner,but I bet she’s as horrible as he is, or he would not have managed to get such a gorgeous gf.

you totally took the words out of my mouth about Gok and his ‘fashion challenge’, because I thought to myself ‘well, I’d know a Marc Jacobs bag and Herve Leger dress a mile off’ , so how come everyone in the studio prefers his tat? I mean, the final line up at the end, how on earth could anyone prefer what he’d put together to the designer stuff, which was all beautifully cut and looked so elegant? They must gather a bunch of half wits for the studio, it’s totally unbelievable. I was wetting myself laughing at the two tone ‘party outfit’ he put together. Loved the top, and how he attached the necklace, but the bum bag? Good God! nasty! I love Gok, but I am not a real fan of this particular show, I think he’s better than that. All that pacing at the back, hands to lips ‘hoping’ he’s going to win the challenge when it’s blindingly obvious it’s a set up. tah!
furniture has just been installed. much drama with it, the delivery geezers are clearly instructed to be careful and take it seriously! Lots of walking around before getting stuff out of the lorry, and putting down carpets to protect ours. The shame when they pushed the bed to one side and exposed under bed carpet filth! Grr. I’d told Bill to move the bed so I could have a quick hoover during the week, but he didn’t and was home too late last night to do it. Now they must think I’m an idle mare who doesn’t hoover under beds. I do, just not the one they moved! ha ha ha!
BB. Well, I am so torn. Rex does my head in, but Luke needs such a slap. He’s oiled up to Dale since Weebeccaaa left, which is hilarious. or Hirrarious. Talking of Kat, her dancing and ‘singing’ does my head in, so I can understand why the others get fed up with her. I’m glad MayBore has gone, because she was so dull. The others moan about Rachel, but at least she makes an effort to join in and be happy. Have you noticed that whenever the sudden sound of someone eating can be heard – sounding exactly like a pig at the trough – it’s always Rach, troughing down grapes or something. She eats so noisily! They’ll all be talking, then suddenly a mic picks up this ‘hmmmps chmmps sluppp’ load of sound, and it’s always her! They moan about MO, but I always seem to spy Rach snarfing down a pile of hay or something.
Too funny that they picked the wrong Rex GF, especially after they went on and on and on and on and on and on and ON about it.
I felt quite narked that after Dale gave them such a big clue not to name him as the robber, that they did so anyway. Just because they thought it meant that Hell Mates might win a treat. That shows two things..
1. they are thick
2. they are very greedy and selfish in Heaven.
Had that been the case, why shouldn’t have Hell had a treat anyway? They’ve had an awful few weeks some of them, stuck in hell, shows how quickly greed sets in and they want to keep it for themselves. Serves them right, the idiots.
right. time to get on. got to get out Hetty Hoover again, after being exposed as a lazy non hoovering housewife!
